Returns Policy

Reubicon International, Inc. accepts returns within 30 days of the order date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Parts must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and returned in original condition and packaging

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

  • All returns require prior Return Authorization (RA)
    (Returns received without authorization will not be accepted)

Disassembled, damaged, used, or previously installed parts cannot be returned.

A copy of the original invoice and the approved Return Authorization must be included with all returns.

All return decisions are made solely at the discretion of Reubicon International, Inc

Refunds

Refunds will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected, less the 20% restocking fee, provided the return meets all eligibility requirements.

For items originally shipped with free shipping, the outbound shipping cost incurred by Reubicon will be deducted from the refund

Shipping & Return Shipping Terms

  • Return shipments must be prepaid by the buyer

  • COD or freight-collect returns will not be accepted

  • The buyer is responsible for ordering the correct part and verifying compatibility prior to purchase

Expedited Shipping Policy

  • Orders requesting expedited shipping must be received by 8:30 AM CST

  • Orders received after this cutoff will ship the next business day

  • Transit times—including expedited services—are the responsibility of the carrier

  • Reubicon International, Inc. is not responsible for carrier delays or lost shipments

Customers must contact the carrier directly regarding delivery delays

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Reubicon International, Inc. makes every effort to ensure all orders are delivered in excellent condition.

  • Customers must inspect packages upon delivery

  • Any issues (missing, damaged, or incorrect items) must be reported within 5 business days of delivery

  • Claims reported after this period may not be eligible for resolution

We are not responsible for installation, labor, or service costs

Warranty & Defective Parts

Parts found to be defective within the applicable warranty period may be eligible for replacement or refund of the part cost only.

  • Labor, installation, downtime, or related costs are not covered

  • Warranty does not apply to parts that have been:

    • Improperly installed

    • Modified

    • Misused

    • Damaged by accident or negligence

    • Used on equipment altered from original OEM specifications

 

Compatibility & Buyer Responsibility

While every effort is made to ensure product accuracy, it is the buyer’s responsibility to:

  • Verify part numbers

  • Confirm compatibility with the intended application prior to ordering

Custom / Special Orders

  • Custom or special-order items are non-cancelable and non-returnable

Limitations & Policy Updates

Reubicon International, Inc. is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including economic loss, arising from the use or failure of any part.
